I'm Kristina, a local doula & you can count on me for personalised support, call me your Positive Birth PT! My approach to hypnobirthing is to give you all the knowledge, practical tools, skills & support, so that you can feel confident in making the right decisions for you and your family, to have a positive birth experience. That could be hospital birth, home birth, no drugs, all the drugs, water birth, land birth, c-section, induction - your choice, whatever is right for you & your baby. All births are valid & I'm there for you every step of the way through to postpartum and beyond.
