Congratulations on your pregnancy! Thank you for booking a course with The Birth Base Ltd, I can’t wait to meet you and get started! The Birth Base Ltd are GDPR compliant. I hold your personal data securely and I do not share it with other businesses without your express & direct permission. I may email you from time to time – either with a newsletter, or directly & personally – and you may opt out from these communications at any time. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about the information below. Otherwise, I look forward to seeing you in class! 1. Your total course fee owed will be stated to you on the website at the time of booking, or alternatively through direct email communication with myself via thebirthbase@gmail.com 2. Payments must be made by bank transfer to the following bank details: The Birth Base Ltd Account No:30564942 Sort Code: 60-83-71 3. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place on the full 8 hour group Hypnobirthing courses. For all online group masterclass bookings, or power hour sessions, a 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure your place. You may, if you wish, choose to go ahead and book your place on a later course. This may be arranged if there is availability, but for all group sessions, a postponement fee of £20 will be charged (to cover the costs of administration, time & any travel incurred). 4. Your balance payment (less deposit) is due 72 hours before the start of your first class (unless a payment plan has otherwise been mutually agreed in writing). If your balance payment hasn’t been received, you will not be able to attend the class. 5. If you wish to cancel the course. With 5 days notice or more, each session that has not been delivered will be refunded pro rata. Any less than 5 days notice, the next session is non refundable, however any remaining sessions will be refunded pro rata. Please remember that the £50 deposit or 20% deposit on masterclass & power hour sessions, included in your total course fee, is non-refundable, the refund calculations above will be made from the balance. 6. If you need to cancel a group session due to sickness, I will endeavour to invite you to the next available online class. The class content materials will be sent to you via email. 7. If you need to cancel a private 1:1 session due to sickness, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost, at a mutually convenient time. 8. If your baby is born before the end of the course, you may of course request a pro rata refund for the sessions you did not complete. 9. Face-to-face courses will strictly adhere to any COVID-19 government requirements and regulation at the time. If face-to-face classes must be rearranged due to lockdown measures, online classes will take place instead (additional course materials will be sent to you to consolidate your learning). Hand sanitizer will be provided at the venue for your convenience. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, I ask that you let me know at the earliest opportunity and DO NOT attend face-to-face classes. Instead, you are most welcome to attend our sessions via Microsoft Teams, or alternatively, receive a refund pro rata. Should I (Kristina Neate) test positive for COVID-19, I will endeavour to provide the course to you online via Microsoft Teams. Should this not be possible or suitable for you, you can request to attend a group course at a later date or alternatively be refunded pro rata. 10. Should I (Kristina Neate) need to cancel a group session due to sickness, I will endeavour to provide the session at a mutually convenient date, time & location (additional course materials will be sent to you to consolidate your learning). However, should this not be possible or suitable for you, you can request to be refunded pro rata. 11. By booking a course you understand that hypnobirthing is not a replacement for medical care or guidance, and that I (Kristina Neate) am unable to make decisions for you, only point you in the direction of evidence based information. 12. All materials provided to you, including: The Birth Base Ltd Birth Guides, Hypnobirthing Tracks and BONUS pre recorded online sessions (which are available after completion of the final session), for Introduction to Breastfeeding, Yoga, Baby wearing & Starting Solids, are solely for your personal use, they must not under any circumstances be shared with another party.
